Expertise of faculty members in these thrust areas has attracted funded research projects from various funding agencies like DST, BRNS – DAE, ISRO, GUJCOST and more. The Department gain its strength from publication in high impact factor journals, reputed conferences/book publications, funded research projects, training and consultancy activities.Industry 5.0 focuses on processing Big Data, integrating Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Automation in all sectors. The Department envisages the role of Computer Science in almost all heterogeneous domains for Interdisciplinary research like Plasma Research, Genomics, Agriculture, Geo-informatics, Bio-informatics, Communication and more.
