Expert session on “Patent System in India and Patentability Requirement for Computer/IT Related Inventions”
The Department of Computer Science and Technology arranged an expert session on “Patent System in India and Patentability Requirement for Computer/IT Related Inventions” under the umbrella of research activities on March 18th, 2023 for the faculty members of the Department and full-time Ph.D. scholars. The objective of this session was to promote patent filing to support innovation in our community. The Speaker for the session was Mr. Amit Patel, Managing Director PATectual IP Law Services LLP Ahmedabad.
