The Undergraduate Student Research Cell (UGSRC) and Computer Science and Engineering Department, School of Technology, Institute of Technology, Nirma University, successfully organized an expert session on “How to Write High-Quality Research Paper” for CSE students on 26 August 2026.

The session was delivered by Dr. Mayuri Mehta, Professor & Head – Computer Engineering, SCET, Surat, who shared valuable insights and practical guidance on developing research work into a strong, impactful, and publication-ready paper.

• Understanding the standard structure and organization of a research paper
• Identifying the technical content and expectations of different sections
• Selecting suitable conferences and journals and understanding publication standards
• Emphasizing clarity, originality, academic integrity, and ethical research practices
• Transforming research outcomes into a well-structured and impactful scholarly contribution

The interactive session provided students with practical perspectives on scientific writing and publication, helping them better understand how to communicate their research effectively and professionally.
