Reflecting on my time at the Nirma institute, the most significant takeaway wasn’t just the technical curriculum, but the mental framework it instilled in me. The academic environment and the culture of peer-to-peer learning provided a foundational discipline that has been instrumental in my career. It taught me how to decompose complex problems and approach large-scale systems with a first-principles mindset.
Beyond the classroom, the experience of organizing multiple state and national events at Nirma was transformative. At the time, navigating the logistical and organizational hurdles felt nearly impossible, but successfully executing them instilled a lasting belief in my ability to aim high and deliver results against the odds.
