Dr. S Somnath, Chairman of ISRO, officially inaugurated the Space Science and Technology Awareness Training 2024 (START-2024) organized by the Science Programme Office, ISRO- HQ in association with IIRS, Dehradun on April 24th, 2024. The event is hosted by School of Technology, Nirma University, which is selected as one of the nodal centres, coordinated by Dr. Sudeep Tanwar, Dr. Tarjni Vyas, Prof. Shivani Desai, and Prof. Anuja Nair, Computer Science and Engineering Department, School of Technology, Nirma University. The program’s theme is the Exploration of the Solar System. START 2024 scheduled from April 24th to May 10th, 2024, has attracted 36 registrations from participants keen on delving into various aspects of space science and technology.
